01 · Scope
Where this policy applies
This Privacy Policy applies to the trovemall application, this website, and related support communications that refer to this policy. It does not cover third-party websites, stores, services, or integrations that operate under their own privacy terms.
By using trovemall, you acknowledge the information practices described here. If a product notice provides more specific information for a feature, that notice supplements this policy.

Please avoid placing sensitive personal information in item names, notes, or support messages unless it is necessary for your request. If you submit an attachment, review it first and remove information you do not want to share.
03 · Use
How information is used
- Provide shopping-list, basket forecast, Trip Mode, Stock Signal, duplicate-review, route, and Insight features.
- Preserve your settings and present relevant in-app state.
- Monitor performance, diagnose technical problems, and prevent misuse.
- Answer support, privacy, and product inquiries.
- Comply with applicable law and protect users, the service, and others.
Where required, we rely on an appropriate legal basis, such as performing a service you request, pursuing legitimate interests in operating and securing trovemall, complying with legal obligations, or obtaining consent.
04 · Sharing
When information may be disclosed
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose limited information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: vendors that help with hosting, diagnostics, communications, security, or customer support, subject to appropriate restrictions.
- Legal and safety needs: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid process, enforce rights, or protect safety and service integrity.
- Business changes: as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of relevant assets, with appropriate notice where required.
- With your direction: when you ask us to share information or intentionally use a feature that sends data to another service.
05 · Retention
How long information is kept
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the service, maintaining security, resolving disputes, and satisfying legal obligations. Retention periods vary by information type and context.
Support correspondence may be kept while an issue is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Diagnostic and server records are generally retained for shorter operational periods unless they are needed to investigate security, fraud, or reliability concerns.
06 · Security
How information is protected
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. Measures may include access controls, encryption in transit where applicable, service monitoring, and data-minimization practices.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You can help by keeping your device protected, applying operating-system updates, and avoiding sensitive details in free-text fields.
07 · Choices
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding certain personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing depends on consent and to appeal a decision.
Email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Describe the request and the trovemall context involved. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
You may also adjust available permissions in your device settings. Removing permission can limit features that depend on it. You may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority where that option is available.
08 · Children
Children’s privacy
trovemall is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in a particular jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
09 · Updates
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The “Last updated” date will show when revisions took effect. If a change materially affects how personal information is handled, we will provide additional notice where required.
